Integrated 4 &5 years Hotel Management (IHM)
Food Production Diploma program is designed to develop the culinary skills amongst students and to prepare them for Catering and Hospitality Industry. The program is designed to train students about food production operations for a five star hotel.
A Bachelor in Hotel Management will teach you how to become a successful hotel manager or entrepreneur! At the same time, a bachelor program in Hotel Management will introduce you to fields such as hotel organisation, service management, marketing or sales.

By the end of this course, students are conversant with the fundamentals of food preparation, culinary arts, Restaurants and hotel operations, safety standards and sanitation measurements.


Admission Process :
This program can be pursued by students who have passed 10th class. In simple terms, this integrated program consists of two courses –Hotel Management in inter course and BSc Hotel Management or BHMCT
