With 18 years of work experience in five-star hotels, catering companies, restaurant Kishore worked in different Hotels, like Taj Krishna Hyderabad luxury hotel, Radisson New Delhi, Holiday Inn Surat, at different levels. Worked as a 2nd chef in the catering company in Australia. And as a department head in the retails sector where eggless products are made. Kishore also worked as a faculty and principal in various Hotel management colleges. Here’s a brief educational background of Kishore Reddy.

 - Bachelors in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts - Osmania University (Hyderabad) 2001.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (Commercial Cookery) - Melbourne – 2009.
- Certificate III & IV in commercial cookery- Melbourne – 2008.

Dr. G. Vijayalakshmi graduated and post-graduated from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam with Life Sciences, M. Phil. and Ph.D. in toxicology as the main area of research. She was awarded Post graduate diploma in Applied Statistics and Phyto pharma Technology and was granted CSIR fellowship for accomplishing research for a period of 5 years. She has 15 years of teaching experience in GITAM University and TSR & TBK degree and PG College along with laudable academic administrative responsibilities.

Dr. Vijayalakshmi also served as Assistant Director, Centre for Food processing, GITAM University. She was instrumental in conducting numerous workshops and awareness programmes on Health & Nutrition and health benefits of millets to ICDS beneficiaries (sponsored by Dist. Collector, Visakhapatnam), school children and housewives. She was a faculty mentor for the reputable food start up “Farm to Home” started by Biotechnology and Food Science and Technology Students of GITAM University

Her other commendable positions include serving as a resource person for District Resource Group (DRG) of KishoriVikasam scheme, Visakhapatnam Dist., where training was imparted to Peer Group Trainers (PGTs) and working for Kovel Foundation, an NGO striving for Tribal welfare in the areas of Food processing & Nutrition and Health.
