Hotel Management is considered as one of the blooming professions in the country. This field is known for generating big revenues in the Indian economy as many of the foreign hospitality industries have established their foot in the country in past 8 – 10 years. The shortage of acute trained manpower and keeping in mind the changing scenario, a wide range of hotel management institutes has been developed. During the Six Months Industrial Training students are rotated in all the four core operational departments such as Food and Beverage Service, Food Production, Front Office and Housekeeping. This gives them a deep insight into the working of a hotel and eventually also helps them decide on their department of interest in which they specialize.
